The Business Challenge
The Newcastle City Business Improvement Association (NCBIA) approached us to help build their digital presence. As an organisation focused on promoting local businesses, events, and the beautification of the Newcastle City Precinct, they recognised the need to engage the community online. However, they felt that they couldn’t compete with larger, more popular community pages. Additionally, the size and diversity of the Newcastle City precinct left them feeling overwhelmed, believing they couldn’t fairly showcase all the businesses under their banner.
To address these challenges, we developed a fresh and cohesive brand identity under the name 'Love Newy', capturing the vibrancy of Newcastle's city life. We established their social media channels from the ground up, launched their monthly EDM, and crafted a strategy that allowed NCBIA to effectively showcase the diverse businesses and initiatives in the precinct.
